IOF Shells Gaza School, PCHR Calls Upon International Community to Protect  Palestinian  Civilians from Israeli Attacks

Ref: 74/2020 Date: 16 August 2020 Time: 11:00 GMT   The Palestinian Centre for Human Rights  (PCHR) follows with deep concern the ongoing escalation of Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip, the latest of which targeted a United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) school in Gaza City. PCHR General Assembly Holds Annual Meeting

 Ref: 35/2020 Date: 16 August 2020   On 13 August 2020, the General Assembly of the Palestinian Centre for Human Rights (PCHR) held its annual meeting. The meeting was headed by Dr. Riyadh al-Za’noun, Chairman of the Board of Directors (BoD), and attended by BoD Members, PCHR’s Director, and the General Assembly Members. IOF Tightens Gaza Strip Closure, Gaza Sea Completely Closed and  Fishermen Denied Work

Ref: 73/2020 Date: 16 August 2020 Time: 10:10 GMT      On Sunday morning, 16 August 2020, Israeli authorities announced a complete closure of the Gaza sea, allegedly in response to the launch of incendiary balloons towards Israeli settlements adjacent to the Gaza Strip. The Israeli Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT), declared the immediate and complete closure of Gaza Sea, starting from Sunday morning until further notice.
