The victim’s hands were tied. The body was taken to Shifa Hospital in Gaza City. It is noted that El-Nahhal was abducted by 4 masked gunmen on Sunday, 9 September 2007, from his taxi in Taha Hussein Street in Khirbit El-Adas area in Rafah.

The Executive Force announced that an investigation was opened in the case; but that no information or results were reached.

PCHR is concerned over the falling of more victims by the misuse of arms by armed Palestinian groups. These actions are a continuation of the security chaos in the OPT. The Centre calls upon the PNA, represented by the Attorney-General, to investigate these crimes and prosecute the perpetrators.
